Delivery Times

Our standard delivery window is between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM on regular days.

During busy seasons such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, delivery times will be extended to between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM to accommodate the high volume of orders.

While we always do our best to honor requested time windows, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times. We recommend choosing a mason jar or vase option if the recipient’s availability at home is uncertain, to help keep flowers fresh upon arrival.

You can pre-order online for pick-up from the shop. All pickups will be ready at Avenida Flowers (beside the Pies Plus Cafe).

*Our same-day cutoff time is 11 AM from Tuesday to Sunday. Please note that we are closed on Mondays.

To avoid any delivery issues, please make sure the delivery address is correct and that you provide a phone number that can be reached (cell phone preferred) for the recipient at the time of delivery.
If we are unable to complete the delivery due to incorrect information or an unreachable phone number, a second delivery fee may apply.
