Please note: Flower varieties and shades may vary slightly based on seasonal availability while maintaining the overall pastel palette and style.

Options:

• Hand-tied (available for all sizes): Flowers will be wrapped in wet paper towels to keep them fresh for 1 hour or less.

• Hand-tied in a Mason Jar (available only for Basic and Standard options):
  Flowers are wrapped and placed in a mason jar with water to keep them fresh for an hour or longer. This is a great option for deliveries when the recipient’s availability at home is uncertain and they may not be able to place the flowers in water right away.

• In a Vase (available for all sizes): Flowers are pre-arranged and delivered in a vase, ready to enjoy instantly with zero fuss. This is a great choice for gifting ease and presentation—just unwrap and admire.

Delivery Times

Our standard delivery window is between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM on regular days.

During busy seasons such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, delivery times will be extended to between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM to accommodate the high volume of orders.

While we always do our best to honor requested time windows, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times. We recommend choosing a mason jar or vase option if the recipient’s availability at home is uncertain, to help keep flowers fresh upon arrival.

You can pre-order online for pick-up from the shop. All pickups will be ready at Avenida Flowers (beside the Pies Plus Cafe).

*Our same-day cutoff time is 11 AM from Tuesday to Sunday. Please note that we are closed on Mondays.

To avoid any delivery issues, please make sure the delivery address is correct and that you provide a phone number that can be reached (cell phone preferred) for the recipient at the time of delivery.
If we are unable to complete the delivery due to incorrect information or an unreachable phone number, a second delivery fee may apply.
